Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policies

Please read all policies located on this website in their entirety:  

 
COVID-19 UPDATE:
Please wear a protective mask to your appointment. 
Please remain in your vehicle until your service provider texts you that they are ready for you to enter the building
Please come alone to your appointment. No plus one's.
 
All first time clients are asked to please use the online booking system, as a credit card is required to reserve your appointment and entering that information yourself directly into the system is the most secure option.
If you are under 18 and would like to schedule an appointment, please note that our professional liability insurance requires a parent or legal guardian to attend your appointment with you to sign treatment consent forms on your behalf.  
Please read the cancellation policy regarding appointments for minors. 
We do not work on anyone under the age of 16.
No PMU services on anyone under 18. 

Please read the hours of availability and cancellation policy prior to booking your appointment. 

Due to the lengthy nature of certain appointments and the current wait list for highly requested appointment times,
a courtesy window of 48 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling a service is required.
A credit card is necessary to hold your appointment, as well as to protect our time and schedules from client "No Shows"
or late cancellations.
Your card will ONLY be processed in the event of a "No Show" or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
Card information is not kept on file long term without your consent.  Clients who reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the 100% cancellation fee.
Deposits for PMU services are non refundable, but can be transferred with 48 hours notice given during business hours of your service provider.
In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please utilize the link located in your appointment confirmation.
 
Please note: the online booking system is the only way to guarantee accurate appointment changes, rescheduling, or cancellations.
 
CLIENTS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE WRITTEN PARENTAL CONSENT FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS.
Your parent or legal guardian must attend the first appointment with you to sign legal treatment consent forms on your behalf.
If you are under 18 and arrive without a legal guardian or parent to sign said forms, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the late cancellation fee.
We do not work on anyone under the age of 16.
No PMU services for anyone under 18.
 
We ask that you do not bring infants, children, or "plus ones" with you to your appointment.
In the event that you do, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the late cancellation fee (100% of the service fee.)
By booking an appointment with Beauty in Boise, you are agreeing to our policies.

 The online booking is up to date and accurate.
Open appointment availability will show as white, booked appointment times will show as gray.  
If there are no appointment times available at your desired time it is because all appointments are currently booked. 
Please plan accordingly.

We do not keep a waiting list for appointments. Any appointments that become available with be posted on our social media pages if the spot remains open for more than 24 hours.
Those appointments are first come, first serve. 

Please read and review all policies listed, including our booking and cancellation, and cold and flu season policies.
Please bring all necessary paperwork to your appointment
if it is required for your treatment. 
Email addresses and phone numbers are used for appointment reminders and communication directly with your service provider ONLY. 
We do not sell your information to anyone and 
will not hound you with marketing notifications.

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the most up to date information and posts regarding new services, last minute openings, and important updates.

A text message will receive a faster response than a voicemail.
We can quickly respond via text between client appointments.
We do not generally have an opportunity to listen to voicemails or answer calls during business hours, as we are in treatment with clients.

Please text during the business hours of your provider
for a response. Those hours are listed on our "Contact" page. 
 
Appointments are not booked via text or via email.
Please use the online booking button. 
 
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the link in your appointment confirmation. 
 
Texts, phone calls, etc. to cancel or reschedule that are received outside of business hours will be responded to during business hours. 
 
Please be courteous regarding the time and amount texts and/or calls to Beauty in Boise are made.  
 
Please allow adequate time for travel in instances of heavy traffic, accidents, and inclement weather in order to be ready for your appointment at its indicated start time.  
In an effort to ensure all clients receive the full amount of time they have reserved for their appointment, we do not have the assumed 15 minute window for late arrivals. 
Please arrive and be ready for your appointment on time. 

If you have made it to the end of this list and agree to these policies, we would love to have you as one of our clients.
If you have made it to the end of this list and can not commit to these policies, that's ok.
But, please, do not book with us if you cannot.
We value our time and yours, and expect the same courtesy and respect in return.
We cherish our relationships with each
and every one of our clients and strive to be fully present and attentive for each appointment. 

By booking an appointment with Beauty in Boise, you are agreeing to uphold your end of these policies,
just as we will uphold ours to provide you with the absolute best service we are humanly capable of.
 
Beauty in Boise service providers reserve the right to refuse and/or change a requested service based on our professional discretion. 

There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, etc, for gift credits, gift cards, gifted services, services rendered, or on products, unless indicated by the manufacturer.
